Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital is in advanced discussions with prediction market platforms Polymarket and Kalshi to serve as a liquidity provider. The move signals growing institutional interest in on-chain betting, where traders wager on real-world events like elections and economic indicators. Galaxy, known for its crypto infrastructure services, would deepen market liquidity by posting continuous bids and offers.

"We're experimenting with small-scale market-making in prediction markets, but expect broader participation soon," Novogratz told Bloomberg. The sector has surged as retail and Wall Street traders flock to binary contracts that price crowd-sourced probabilities. Jump Trading has also entered the space quietly, though regulatory clarity remains fragmented.
